    November 15, 2019 - excellent bottle. Opened side by side with Collin Pierrieres and the UM showed very well. Good freshness and very high acidity buttressing the richness of fruit. A little more autolytic character than is typical of the wine given the late disgorge. Medium bead. A joy to drink
