October 10, 2023 - Very light in color. First nose of pear, dried hay, honeysuckle, and earth. Second nose is more of the same and red apple. Lemon and tart green apple on entry. Smooth and dry through the palate with a crisp finish.
July 15, 2023 - Light golden in color. Nose lemon, grass, honeysuckle, and lime zest. Second nose is more of the same and pear. Seeet and tart on the plate with the tartness lingering.
February 26, 2022 - This one is tart. If you like sour apple you will love this, otherwise I would stick to St Suprey.
