July 23, 2022 - So our first run in with this wine was gifted a bottle for our anniversary. Served with Greek chops and roasted seasonal veg and spinach salad and focaccia. The nose is lovely. Blackberries and a bit of spice/pepper. Juicy and spicy. But on the palate it’s really light to med body at very best. Tannins are super grippy. Any the fruit and spice don’t shine thru. We were disappointed Decanted an hour. Tasted earthy and woody and super dry/grippy. Berries really never came out to play at all. Oh well. We still drank the whole bottle!

October 22, 2021 - Simple but not boring. A solid red wine. Would please most palates, or at a minimum, would not offend. Very good QPR.
