March 23, 2024 - Dark and dense color. Aromas in direction of sweet dark berries, flowers, leather, tobacco and some oaky vanilla, and reminds somewhat of a "new world Bordeaux wannabe". Fruity and meaty on the palate, still with nice structure.

탄닌 많음, 탄닌 혀를 쪼임 하지만 부드러움
탄닌이 많은 구조감을 줌
드라이 함
검은 과실 맛,
부드러움, 약간 스파이시 함
블랙베리 맛
시간이 지나니 당도가 올라간다
잔당감 거의 없음
끝맛이 약간 스파이시 하다
전형적인 보르도 스타일의 맛 + 과실맛
탄닌이 많아서 입안에서 구조감이 좋다
2016빈인데 약간 영빈의 느낌이 있다
올빈을 마시면 좀더 부드러울 것 같다
* 매우 발란스 좋고 가장 큰 특징은 단단한 탄닌이다
* 탄닌과 바디감 구조감은 모두 다른 것 같다
고기랑 먹으면 좋을 것 같다
디캔팅하니 더 부드러워졌다
디캔팅이 꼭 필요한 와인이다
