October 22, 2023 - Lovely wine, not overly fruity or extracted, but well balanced with some chalk.
April 1, 2023 - Drinking well with a really short decant.
November 5, 2022 - Powerhouse Venge red blend. Fruit forward, as is mostly the case. Hard not to like. Drinking really well right now.
June 18, 2022 - No formal notes
November 3, 2021 - Wonderful floral aromas. Deep dark red nearly black in the glass, complete to the edges. Dark black and red fruits. Blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry. Tannins are wonderfully integrated, soft, smooth, and supple. Drinking beautifully out of the bottle.
October 11, 2021 - This has that unmistakeably 2017 flavor to me. Red fruited but not so complex. Tannins need time to calm down and integrate. This was a big wine and still pleasant to drink, but still drinking young and showing the vintage. Did not budge on day 2
October 6, 2021 - Another big hitter from Venge. Powerful red blend. Not only that, but the bottle would be a good weapon for hand-to-hand combat in a zombie apocalypse!
October 4, 2021 - Killer. Nice job venge!
April 6, 2021 - Lots of cherry, and seemed like a zin based wine. Can't imagine drinking until 2031
November 24, 2020 - Boudreaux goodness from Napa. This vintage is first of this varietal that we had sampled. Elegant and smooth on the pallet. Doesn’t hang around. Paired well with aged cheddar. Step out of the Cab and enjoy.
