  May 25, 2023 - This was a very pleasant surprise. I typically drink this wine very young and was not sure what to expect at 5 years. Pale gold colour. More forward than I expected, with peach and yellow plum yet retaining some grassy, lemony notes in the background. Palate was almost sweet and beautifully balanced with acidity. I think I found the sweet spot where I like to drink this wine.

  January 6, 2023 - Besides a sexy midsommer-esque label. This wine screams trendy but isn’t on the label judging everyday consumers horizon.
  
  With a body in between Chardonnay and States based Sauv Blanc this is a perfect porch pounder, glug chugging, simple supper that’s out there.
  
  Garlic, nutty, sunshine lemons and a hint of natural sweetness. Beautiful.
  
  Piedmont never lets me down. And vietti always proves to provide.

  November 13, 2021 - L'appréciation diffère de la précédente. Effet du temps ou d'un palais instable !?...
  Jaune mimosa assez dense.
  Nez expressif foin mouillé mais avec une présence marquée d'aromes souffrés, avec aération peut être qualifié de pierre à fusil avec un peu d'indulgence...
  En bouche et en rétro, des notes florales traversent les aromes souffrés, giroflées.
  Après deux jours les notes souffrés ont disparus pour laisser plus de place aux notes florales et d'agrumes, enrobées de saveurs lactées. Le vin gagnerait à être carafé au moins une heure.
  Donc deux points gagnés au deuxième jour...
