November 3, 2021 - Light lemon color
Medium plus aromas - dominated by mineral/ flinty notes with gorgeous Meyer lemon/ pear and green herbs
Medium bodied with flavors of sweet citrus/ pear and melon
Medium plus acidity and medium alcohol with mild/moderate phenolic bitterness which produced a long finish
Really nice and complex wine
Day two in the fridge was not as impressive - phenolics really stood out and this wine now tasted bitter
Drink now based on these impressions
