April 29, 2022 - Nice QPR GO find. Dark berries and herbs, some oak spice, typical BDX variety aromas. Balanced on the attack, well-judged extraction and nice concentration, ripe tannins and dark chocolate on the finish. Sneaky but not harsh structure.
Easy drinking and direct, exactly what I am looking for from a Merlot, but no spoofy or off flavors. Drink over the next couple of years, though might surprise in a good way f held longer.1 person found this helpful Comment
