April 23, 2021 - The wine was decanted for 30 minutes.
The wine was pale garnet at the core and lighter at the rim. There wa no sediment, the viscosity was low and alcohol was 13%.
The wine was in good condition and armos of plum, blackberry and rain forest were observed.
On the palate I tasted minerality, mushroom, raspberr, dark cherry and dark chocolate on the long finish.
The wine was juicy and the acid balanced the rich tannins and medium alcohol. The wine was light, fresh and juicy and the flavors were subtle and pleasant.
