September 30, 2020 - Just had my last bottle. Non-traditional as other reviews note. Fuller bodied, well balanced though and would definitely buy again.

Taste: medium bodied, high- acidity, no tannins, lemon, blood orange, yellow raspberry, ethereal, flinty, saline, very fresh and mineral, serious structure, very elegant, great rose

September 15, 2017 - Bolder style rose but well balanced. Red fruit flavors and bone dry.

Taste: medium bodied, high- acidity, no tannins, lemon, red currant, ethereal, flinty, saline, very fresh and mineral, great concentration and structure, the best rose I have ever tried
