Community Tasting Notes 4

March 17, 2020 - This is some weird but endearing stuff. Sprightly and salty on the nose with quinine, preserved lemon, dried pineapple, meringues. Crisp and insanely bright on the palate with a saline infused feel and notes of doughy, leesy, herbal tea qualities. Not quite feral, but this hit the spot during coronavirus quarantine with some Goldfish crackers and homemade deer jerky, what can I say?

March 9, 2020 - Cloudy pale lemon green colour. Medium nose with green apples, peach, butter, lemon, grapefruit and honey. Medium taste of green apples, grapefruit, lemon, peach, butter, minerals and honey. Long and dry finish with a hint of bitterness. High acidity. Medium body. Goes well with cured meat, fish, poultry or salads.

November 17, 2019 - Cool -- fun stuff. Not particularly amazing, but enjoyable.

October 25, 2019 - Middle school between 1995 and 2010? Then you know. This is Cool Ranch Doritos. So bizarre but so true and not at all derogatory. Sour cream, ranch, dill, white cheddar, and fermented pineapple. So much salt and though it can wear thin, this is too much fun.
