November 4, 2022 - Last bottle and it will drink well with a full afternoon of breathing. The Sangiovese shines through but the other varietals smooth out the rough edges. For the money, this is about the best Super Tuscan out there and a great match for anything with red sauce, it's robust enough to stand up to it and pair well.

November 2, 2022 - can age a bit....old world nose...spice earth muted fruit....really cool blend of leather , spice, tobacco, earth, subtle cherry...gave 30 mins of air and paired with pasta/red sauce...perfect. more time in the bottle will allow it to integrate a bit more.

May 27, 2022 - Starting to smooth out nicely with ripe Tuscan flavors of black cherry and plum along with some cedar cigar box. Paired very well with a dish of sauteed veal and mushrooms.
