June 19, 2022 - Good bubbles, lots of flavors, nicely balanced, drank with lobster paella, a solid sparkler that never soared, would drink again, 12.0 abv.

July 18, 2021 - Really quite nice. Actually better than I remembered from our tasting; mild apple notes and good brioche. Lively and zesty without getting into acidic territory. A tremendous value!
