January 7, 2024 - What others said already - A very gulpable wine. Bright ripe fruit, moderate acidity, light velvety tannin. Don't look for complexity here; but this was a highly drinkable, super food-friendly wine. (Logged drink date not applicable. I drank both my bottles in the summer of 2023)
October 28, 2023 - What a delicious, easy drinking wine. Loaded with ripe and a little tart cherries. Bright, red rose, floral qualities. Ruby red, low tannin, high acid, medium bodied. No decanting necessary. Good value. Wish I had more.
September 8, 2023 - Over the top?
September 9, 2022 - Aromas of black cherry and freshly turned soil. Flavors of Morello cherries. Moderate-high acidity on the finish makes it very food friendly (spicy tomato sauce, black olives, ricotta, aged cheese).
August 4, 2022 - Tasted after a two hour decant.
Medium ruby in colour with lovely floral aromas of violet & lavender.
On the palate, medium bodied fresh, tart red fruit, dried cherry, unripe strawberry, floral, chocolate, high acidity, low to medium soft tannins with a medium to long finish to sour cherry, earthy minerality & spice.
No oak appears to have been used in the making of this wine, & it is fruit pure & lovely.
February 12, 2022 - Wish I had more. This has tons of running room but is drinking well now. PnP with filets and mashed. The wine is perfectly balanced with primary red berries but has a nice acidic finish with just a touch of tannins. Load up here for the price!

November 8, 2020 - Tart blackberries, black cherries. Fresh cracked pepper. Great acidity. The oak influence makes the wine more rounded and provides a nice counter-balance to the tart fruit.
October 29, 2020 - Would definitely have again. Paired with rich pasta dish and poultry
September 14, 2020 - This wine is solid and great with a very light pasta in olive oil with tomato and chicken.
