June 25, 2022 - Nice Cab - definitely a step up from the regular Paso Robles Cab offering.
April 3, 2022 - Decant for at least 1 hour. Dark ink color. Full bodied with plums, dark fruits, oak and cassis. Rounded, firm tannins. Long finish.
January 11, 2022 - A little thin, but still sweeter than I prefer. Berries with some oak. Not a lot else going on. Not terrible but definitely better out there at the roughly $40 price point.

May 3, 2021 - 1 hour decant. Deep cranberry red. Nose of blackberries, raspberries, smoke and ash. Taste is similar with ash being dominant. Pretty heavy acidity and firm tannins. This is full flavored but no fruit bomb. Medium plus body. Nice QPR at about $50.
November 25, 2020 - Our previous notes stand, but a bit longer decantación (1.5 hours) has resulted in a much clearer palate with stronger black fruit and a bit of cigar box on the finish.
