June 21, 2021 - Amsterdam UGCB Tasting (Amstel Boathouse, Amsterdam, NL): Very tannic. It feels like I am back in 2005, when a ripe vintage was a good excuse to make fiercely tannic and overextracted wines.

There is a good balance in the midtaste followed by smooth tannins and a finish with a medium length; a surprise. -
