January 7, 2022 - Very nice Bordeaux, medium bodied, tanins resolved, pleasant nose, no signs of aging, should hold for another 5-7 years but very approachable now. Did show some improvement in the glass so a 30 minute decant would not be inappropriate. Went well with Broccoli Beef at the Hong Kong Restaurant in Hillcrest, San Diego, Ca. Backed this up with a 2005 Novy Syrah which was also quite pleasant.
