April 6, 2024 - Nose has soft sensual notes of red and blue fruit, keeps bringing me back to smell again
Palate is full, soft, feminine, rich without weight, very seductive. Finishes long and silky

November 21, 2023 - 적당히 숙성된 좋은 보르도 와인
올빈의 부케를 싫어하는 나에겐 이정도 빈티지가 지금 딱 좋은 듯
물론 1~2등급 GCC의 2018빈티지였다면 이런 맛이 아니었겠지.
가죽, 흙, 나무 뉘앙스는 하나도 없고 silky and Milky.

July 31, 2023 - Served with 8oz sirloin burgers from a 375ml bottle.
This was poured into glasses about 30 minutes prior to dinner. The wine improved as the evening went on. Last sip was the best.
Nose was floral and lovely.
Palate was firm but somewhat giving. There was certainly a lot to like. Finished med-long.
Probably would have benefited from a longer decant and has a promising future.

July 12, 2023 - Appearance of ruby with tint of bricking at the edge, medium legs. Nose of red fruit, spiced strawberry jam, ripe cherry, vanilla, cardamom, cassis, cola, little EtOH burn. Very nice plus acid, the tannic structure is firm but well integrated, length is so long and sumptuous, sexy ass wine. Obviously can go longer, but drinking really nice with an hour decant and staying strong with a couple hours in glass.
