March 31, 2024 - Barely legal to be drinking this young. So good. Taut. Eucalyptus / bay leaf. Roasted apple wood. Graphite. Betel nut. Minerals. Oak is so beautifully integrated. Dark black fruit. Revisit in 5-10. Want to see the fruit open up some more.

March 22, 2024 - Pencil shavings and graphite galore. Decanted for two hours but was absolutely singing after that - such a classic Bordeaux on the nose but addictingly smooth. Drinking this young almost feels criminal but the fruit didn't feel overbearing in any way, I would love to drink this any day of the week.

January 14, 2024 - I rarely drink Brodeaux this young. But it is always fun when I do. This was decanted for 7 hours. Holy hell, this wine is insanely great. Best Lynch Bages ever made? Better than 85 and 89, maybe!!! This wine is in perfect harmony already, deep blue fruits, the cab just soars. Graphite, toasty note of oak, just great. Maybe 96 is too low, this could easily get to 99 points in 10-15 years. For this price point, why buy anything else.

December 8, 2023 - Not a TN but a question to all of you who know this wine much better than I do.

I'm taking this to a French dinner this evening, and was wondering about decant time?

Some more recent TN's suggest 2 hours, others much longer. There aren't too many recent notes so thats why I'm here.

Any suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated, cheers...

November 29, 2023 - Deep dark red color. Graphite, dark berries and a hint of mint. Consentrated. Minerals. Great balance with lots of power. Long. There are some tannins, but they are quite smooth. This wine is drinking really well already now and will propably age well. Love it 👍
