I just had a glass of the 2010 Guido Porro Sta. Caterina, which does this wine no favors, but if you allow for the obvious differences between Nebbiolo and Barbera, this wine really holds it's own. Not the nth degree of complexity, but that's not what I look for in a Barbera. -
