February 10, 2024 - A lovely St. Aubin with lime and grapefruit flavors to go along with notes of chalky limestone minerals. A good measure of acidity balances things out nicely and the finish is complex and quite elegant for a SA with a lingering salty impression. Ready to drink now in my opinion.

August 7, 2022 - Already delicious and complex but with potential to evolve further. Apple, lemon with a hint of hazelnut. So glad to have 10 more bottles.

July 24, 2022 - Drank over three days. Under Diam 10. Deep straw to the eyes. Steely, linear, and precise. It’s all salinity, gun flint, white flowers, and lemon balm. A wine more about subtly than expression where the fruit is tart (almost gooseberry-esque) yet there’s noteworthy density and concentration framed by bright, racy acidity. Those who enjoy their white Burgundy on the younger, more focused side will no doubt enjoy this, as did I.
