Clearly a natural, sulphite-free champagne with a beery nose, ginger, wet stones and minerals, a kind of burned woodiness, some peaches, melon, white flowers, lilies.
I always find Dufour wines too acidic and lacking in texture and complexity; I understand his style and philosophy but it's not really pleasant to me. Really quite boring to drink.
