June 25, 2023 - So far I believed the Vintage was tough at May, but now this Ortswein has dropped its initial weight and drinks nicely without being overly ripe. Alter a night in the fridge the fruit ripened quickly and gained back weight. I guess it’s time to drink up.

In de mond medium zuren, gemiddelde body en intensiteit. Mooi primair fruit en een gemiddelde afdronk. Fijn om weer eens Sylvaner te drinken.
