July 18, 2010 - July DAWGS Dinner at Rex's seafood. Large group, only got one small pour. Beautiful light straw color, great balance and structure. Restrained nose and palate with no noticable tannin. Assume wine is still primarily closed. Hold final bottle a few years. Possible higher, even much higher score, depending on evolution.

July 17, 2010 - DAWGS July 2010 - 7th Anniversary! (Rex's Seafood Market, Dallas, Texas): Tasted non blind at a wine dinner. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of wet stones, yellow pears and light aromas of Windex. Flavors of yellow pears and yellow apples. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink now, perhaps into the short term. 90?
