January 18, 2024 - Very impressive at Bourgogne, extremely youthful, even reductive when first opened, needs some air then evolves into sea salt cheese cream on the palate, very enjoyable today

January 18, 2024 - 000843, good to check back, still barely aged, but so delicious. Yoghurt, white and yellow fruit, matchstick, chalky, mineral, apricot, aged cheese but buttery. So perfectly cut, so sharp and so structured, in a great balance, if lean but not thin. Better than many many top Grand Crus recently drunk, oh well. 94-95

July 20, 2022 - 000839. Will this wine ever age? Super voluminous and barely any touch to JFC's classic reduction, other than it is more resolved hinting at its electric future self. Great structure, and a great wine. 93

April 29, 2021 - Lovely. Bright and minerally. But wouldn’t wait any longer.

December 31, 2020 - Pop and pour. Outstanding color. Intoxicating Coche nose, a little flint but the delicious honey and ripe fruit cannot be masked. The palate is stunning. Blinded one would think 1er or grand cru. Outstanding depth and weight. Floral with a citrus quality between Meyer lemon and regular lemon. Maybe the faintest hint of vanillin. Who says white burgs can’t age.
