December 15, 2020 - Short note: medium acidity, nice minerality. Red very ripe apples, mandel, some sitrus, yeast. Not very good for its price, and very neutral. I should have decanted it for maybe an hour to make more out of the wine. I rate it as a very good wine, but for its 60 euro price, i feel like i should have had a greater experience.

April 27, 2019 - Plot purchased in 2015, the fruit is picked ripe and spends 1 year in barrel, Chalky and linear. This has a yeasty profile, an interesting still wine, a good one to age.
