December 23, 2015 - A bit metallic on the nose at first, but that blew off after about 20 minutes. A nice, but somewhat reticent nose of berries, spices, and toasty oak. The flavor palate was solid, but seemed a bit shy at this point in its evolution. Try again in a few years.

October 3, 2015 - One of my WOTY. Elegant.

April 6, 2013 - Absolutamente excepcional. Maturidade total, redondo, taninos perfeitos e longo. Grande Vinho.

June 7, 2010 - DCWineDinners' (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dcwinedinners/) Pinot Noir Dinner at Dino (Dino Restaurant, Washington, DC): Big barnyard on the otherwise blackberry and cherry nose, lots of brightness up front in the mouth, but then darker fruits and even some cocoa along a sweet backbone. Nice pursing finish with good length. What makes this wine interesting to me is that it brings a lot of secondary notes I'd associate with an aged Merlot but it still brings very clean and bright Pinot fruit.
