July 26, 2021 - Really enjoyed this. My first Nero d'avola and a pleasant surprise. Picked this up on sale for 16.99 cad.. We tried it with homemade pizza--wow, just a lovely match. Had more acid than expected with a decent amount of fruit.

January 24, 2021 - Nice wine for the money. Black fruit with nice black pepper notes. Decant for 20 minutes to open up. Nice balance, decent finish. Not sure about the glass stopper though. That works for rose from Provence but not this. Again, for the money a good food wine.

June 26, 2020 - Pepper is there and a bit of dark fruit. Nothing spectacular but a great simple porch pounder. Glass cork was a new one for me.
