October 19, 2021 - Pinot Blanc is an enigma. It doesn't possess the well recognized characteristics of its red brother, Pinot Noir. It doesn't present the fruit of the more loved Chardonnay, with which it is sometimes compared and confused. Still, like this Pinot Blanc, it offers unique, yet often difficult to describe, flavors that make it a great seafood and poultry accompaniment.

November 6, 2020 - I love this wine! Kind of like a Pinot Gris, but slightly drier. Enjoyed with hard cheeses and crackers.
