  October 11, 2022 - Really beautiful, fresh, layered nose of lemon peel, pear, pineapple, and wet stone minerality. Light+ bodied with a soft texture on the palate. Loaded with green apple notes, and bright, mouth-watering acidity. My only gripe is that perhaps it lacks sufficient concentration. The outstanding finish is the highlight here, going on for several minutes, highlighting candied lemon and mineral notes. Pair with tagliolini nero in vin jaune sauce, or roast chicken with tarragon and mustard cream sauce.

  October 1, 2022 - 오크터치 심해 좀 불호였음 좀 오래 병브리딩하면 좋아질 것 같긴 함 이거 마시고 다시는 미국 샤도네이 시도 안하기로 함 다만 오베르는 넘 궁금해서 기회되면 구매해볼 의향은 있음

  August 26, 2022 - minerals, nice acid. Tastes like a white burgundy more than a CA chard. Really nice wine.

  December 26, 2021 - Crisp and balanced with hints of orange blossom, bright citrus, wet slate, creamy cheese rind and almond on finish.

  October 27, 2021 - Guava and apple on the nose. A bit of petrol. Good minerality. Nice mouthfeel with a bit of perfume to delight the tastebuds. A bit of an alcohol note that I wish was not there. But the complexity makes up for it. Nice acidity, long finish. I’d like to see how this develops over the next 5 years. Paired with a cold-smoked, 5-second seared Atlantic char with pineapple carpaccio, citrus quinoa, and creme fraiche.
