May 15, 2020 - Un Riesling émacié très épuré. Typé mais un peu austère pour moi. Dans ce cas, une dose homéopathique de sucre aurait apporté une amabilité qui fait défaut. C'est bien fait, mais pas vraiment dans mes cordes.

May 19, 2019 - 11.5% - Clear, pale & light lemon / clean, med to low intensity - green apple, lime zest, smoky and chalky, mineral / dry (with some residual sugars, but not to the point of being off-dry), med+ sharp acidity, light body, med intensity and length.
