  March 22, 2021 - Begins with loads of tropical fruits, guava & passionfruit, with hints of crushed gravel on the nose. The pallate is full of juicy peach with notes of lemon zest and a lingering effervescence. Perfect pairing with fresh pesto chicken pasta, and although this was my first time having a Silvaner wine, I'lll definitely be seeking it out in the future! ($10)  [3/22/21]

  October 12, 2019 - Funny story with this wine. Opened it last night and all I could taste was yeast and strong cheese rind. Because I had never had Sylvaner before, I was unsure of my assessment. After a night in the fridge, it's a completely different wine. Ripe citrus on nose, and a decreased bread quality down to an enjoyable amount. Medium body, med-high acidity, smooth on palate, short finish. Glad I gave it a second chance.

  May 10, 2019 - Bright. Full of white floral notes and fruit, but with a tropical note as well. Great acidity that works with the sweetness to give the sensation of roundness, almost medium bodied if you think of it this way. This is quite nice, will be good with some ever so slightly spicy food, or something with lots of fruit or acidity.
