April 8, 2022 - Blind tasting with many friends

C: mixed fast and slow legs, very clear, pretty light golden, lotus white
S: floral, pear, white wine, dirt, apple, not woody or grassy, more fruit than floral, lychee, oak/butter
T: sweet, bright, acidic, tart, a little sweet, not too dry, medium-long finish, carmelized beef (?), sharper, sour even, more acidic that would have thought
    R: 4, 3, 4, 3.5, 3.5, 3, 3, 3.5

February 19, 2022 - High acid wine with the barest hints of tropical fruit. Great for someone looking for a Sauv Blanc, but not what I'm looking for in a Viognier.

    May 1, 2021 - Medium straw.
Opens a little closed. Flinty reduction. Hint of apricot and orange blossom. Fresh nose, chalky whetstone.
Palate has richness on entry. Bright fruit & texture. Seemless. Mid weight.
A refreshing example of Viognier. Doesn’t leave you overwhelmed or weary.
    Nice wine.

March 7, 2021 - Pale gold. On the nose, fresh fruit, ranging from green to stone fruit. I'm not getting much I'd call floral. I do get a bit of butteriness. On the palate, it's quite high acid (more so than I expected for a viognier) and very dry, with a bit of creaminess.

It did pair well with a chickpea, chicken, and apricot tagine.

November 8, 2020 - Reads a little sweet, rather than the nice acid I like.
