September 1, 2023 - Crunchy cranberry and cherry fruit with a very appealing earthy character.
This is quintessential Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.

July 10, 2022 - Summer Wines (Craig & Nita's Place): Medium red color. PNP, drank a small glass over 30 minutes. I gotta say I'm pretty fired up about the 2017 vintage. This will be one to hang on to if you can keep your hands off them. Actually, I was rather surprised at how approachable this was right now. Drank next to the '17 Eyrie Sisters PN and this shows more youth, yet smooth and promising with a core of red berry and red currant fruits, earthy and showing good spice character with round medium tannins. Check back in a couple years if you can manage. 92(+)pts.

May 21, 2022 - Savory and slightly spicy red fruits, with a touch of funk, in a good way. Cranberries, raspberries, and cherries. Good balance and structure, and an excellent finish. Really well done.

May 15, 2022 - A beautiful domestic Pinot from a terrific spot in the Dundee Hills and a great vintage. After a brief decant it was cruising along gloriously and even paired quite well with our mild red curry meatballs.

March 1, 2022 - Opened and let air an hour ahead of mixed leftovers. Was funky and earthy on opening. Clear ruby color with a slight cloudiness. The nose brings fresh raspberries, red lavender, potpourri, fresh mint, and grape compote. The palate is medium, square, compact, and tangy, bringing baked rhubarb and ripe blackberry notes mixed with strawberries, orange peel, and mild cloves into a tannic finish. This is classic Burgundian style and nicely balanced. Will improve, so drink 2023-2028. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 93.
