  January 26, 2023 - I am usually a big fan or Aaron's wines. But this was bland and just OK. That makes this for a very high cost of entry for a wine that scores a run of the mill, nothing bad, but nothing great either score of 90. Will wait a few years before revisiting

  First, I generally love Pott cabs, but this was the least interesting I've had in quite a while. While Aaron really doesn't do the big inky Napa cabs that are so common at the high end these days, this was a little thin even for a more balanced cab, and it was also almost all red fruit and acid.
  
  Also (and this is where I had something different), I found this to be rather tannic and likely too young. While I'm not sure that this one is going anywhere profound, I'll hold my remaining bottle for at least 2 more years before trying it...

  January 15, 2022 - Consistent with prior note. Color of dark red. Scents of blackberry and blueberry compote. Tastes consistent with scents, with surprisingly light tannins.
