November 5, 2022 - Golden yellow hue. Pleasant, sweet and complex nose with notes of dried apricots and peaches, and marzipan, sultana raisins and some candied orange peels. Mouthfeel is sweet and well balanced with notes of dried apricots and peaches, sultana raisins and marzipan.
Smashing vintage of Château Coutet, just as always. -

June 21, 2021 - The 2018 UGCB tasting Amsterdam 6/21/2021 (Amsterdam, Amstel Boathouse): A very flowery bouquet, super fresh, perfect citrus, light on its feet, playful, that all compensates the medium body.

March 9, 2021 - With a dark honey colored hue, right off the bat the wine opens with honey, roasted nuts, over ripe tangerine, spice and perfectly ripe pineapple. With all the sweetness you need, buttressed by refreshing acidity, the orange centered tropical fruit and honey coated finish is just great. This is so good now, it is impossible not to be loving it. But wait at least 5 years as it is going to be even better with age.

July 3, 2019 - Tasted next to 2009. Floral, rich and creamy on the nose. Notes of honey, dried fruit, vanilla bean, orange zest. On the palate very sweet, almost a little cloying. Enough acidity, very rich and quite spicy. Good length. 91-92+
