  August 16, 2020 - I think my third go-round with this 2018 blend of Sylvaner and Weissburgunder. Smokey sea shells and lemons.

  May 11, 2020 - found at the back of the fridge from last year, even better now, wild and lovely nutbush city limits walnut and hazelnut and much less of the apples, fresh and firm.

  December 30, 2019 - Last year when I tried this, my opinion that Pet Nats couldn’t be deep, complex, sophisticated wines was forever changed. In that year, Brand’s blend of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner has made a name for itself. It’s about as lean as anything at 10%. Very German - precise, direct, ordered. Screaming acid with zero sugar makes for a salty citrus thing. Sour lemon and smokey sea shells.

  September 2, 2019 - Pet-nat almost doesn't get better than this, balanced racy (if such a thing exists), straight, fresh, lovely green appley fruit but with a remarkable and lovely dominant walnut streak, only 10% alc.

  July 19, 2019 - NFN - Crisp clean and fresh. Vibrant acidity and well balanced. Nice tart fruits and minerality.
