November 30, 2019 - Nov 30 2019 Just terrific. Dense, bright dark berry citrus; blood orange, pomegranate and cassis. Very well-balanced. Port-like. Not at all cloying or overly done. The low alcohol for a dessert type wine makes it even more of a delight. Recommended if you can find it.

So I put this in my not so cold small fridge under argon. Opened it again Jan 31 2020 and it was still lovely. There are lots of good dessert wines but am very impressed with the persistence, preservation and evolution of this wine over these months. Just great.

July 11, 2019 - Had at Gratavinum winery in Priorat after winery tour.Color is squid ink, completely obscure. Nose is wet, fecund soil and raisins. Silky, ripe texture and fruits. Strawberry compote. 15% alcohol low for dessert wine.

May 4, 2019 - Priorat wine fair 2019 (and related events); 5/2/2019-5/9/2019 (Tarragona and various places in Priorat): The last wine we tried at the Gratavinum stall was this sweet red. Made in some unusual way. Interesting but not really my style.
