August 20, 2023 - oh baby - this was delicious and went down too fast with friends. Spright acidity, lime peel, some grapefruit, herbs and a stone fruit.

April 4, 2020 - Another delicious 2018 Falkenstein. A bit of herbal notes, light citrus fruit, just the tiniest bit of sweetness to keep the acid in perfect balance. Nothing out of place, just so gulpable. How could anyone not like this?
