October 25, 2023 - Didn’t decant. While I get the cherry on the nose/palate, it wasn’t overwhelming. Nicely balanced blend with good acidity.

October 15, 2023 - Yes as mentioned cherry when opened, lots of tannin, but after decanting and over the course of a few hours it opened very nicely and by the last sips it was just hitting its stride.

April 11, 2022 - Lot of cherry syrup on pop and pour, with some alcohol that needs time to blow off. Evolves to give dried cherry and cranberry with a lot of underlying vegetal notes and some vanilla, but the cherry syrup sticks around. Hard to get excited.

Few more years might do this one well.
