December 6, 2020 - Fresh cherries, raspberries, strawberries. Fresh chopped parsley, anise and coriander. Mineral driven with a slight bitterness that is actually really nice. Dry with great acidity and a lovely mouthfeel. Very food friendly, especially good with ragu bolognese.

July 21, 2020 - Red fruity freshness in the glass, but still quite dry. No overwhelming acidity, but rather a constant minerality with dried mediterranean herbs. Nice cherry aftertaste.

July 5, 2020 - Made with the Lambrusco Salamino varietal, this has a rich array of berry aromas including red berry, raspberry, boysenberry, blueberry, blackberry, and cherry notes. The medium-bodied palate is fresh with bright acidity. Nicely balanced red and dark berry replays on the flavour profile with fine, beady mousse that livens the palate. Finely textured with a touch tannic of grip and mineral on the long, juicy finish. If you've never tried Lambrusco, make this your first.

Medium taste of dark cherry, blackberry, dark plum, vanilla, blackcurrant and rosemary. Long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Lambrusco that is surprisingly dark fruited. Drink now. Goes well with cheese, duck, mushrooms, pizza and pork.
