December 19, 2022 - Pizza Mundo, an old bottle of Rabasse Charavin, and it was still drinking well, nicely aged rhone. Yum.

May 31, 2022 - Wow, drinking very nicely! From the first try at shipping wine from France, and clearing thru customs. What an adventure. Corinne was so nice doing the export papers! Lovely aged Rhône, yum.

It was ok, not complex, diffusedly sweet. I won't blame on the wine given the cork. -

October 2, 2012 - Many hours in the decanter. Amber dark red in the glass. Nose of guava, passion fruit and grapefruit with candied cherries, dried earth, and small wildflowers coming through. Rich smooth fruit on the palate, nicely tart with tannin underneath. Not thin in the least. Lovely balance in the finish. Terrific QPR. PJG: 89.5-90
