May 24, 2019 - Pale yellow colour, has some small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells of melon and freshly cut grass, quite a full body, has a certain residual sugar, so more off-dry, not much acidity left (it’s still balanced, though), in the mouth melon and mango, in the aftertaste mango, melon and acidity, very good length (20 sec), as good as the Koeppchen Riesling by Alice Hartmann in my opinion.
