September 21, 2020 - Blind, peach, pineapple, Del Monte canned peaches with that one maraschino cherry in it, fruit salad bomb, wow this is delicious. Once unveiled, I rushed to purchase half a case for $18 CAD each. Worth every dollar. Drink now.
September 18, 2020 - Robe claire verdâtre. Vin aromatique sur la fleur et le pamplemousse. Peu raffiné avec un dépôt blanc dans le fond de la bouteille. Bien, mais sans plus, surtout avec le sucre résiduel.
September 4, 2020 - Medium lemon-golden, 13% abv. Herbaceous aromas, thyme, almost garrigue notes. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium-medium(+) body. Grapefruit, lemon, peach, starfruit. Firm texture, balanced acidity and fruit, good presence. Crisp and racy long finish.
Nice aperitif or with medium-flavored fish dishes.
100% Greco Bianco.
June 19, 2020 - Fun little Greco Bianco. Pleasant roundness, with crisp accents. Lots of sea, mineral influence. Never got boring, or soft. Well done! recommended+

May 27, 2020 - Nice acid and minerality. Overall a nice tart fruit profile. Nice mouthfeel. Easy to drink, both with and without food.
