February 12, 2024 - Pale golden color. Pretty nose of golden apple and pear, lemon zest, lemon curd, a bit of toast. Similar flavors on the palate with a silky, creamy mouthfeel but plenty of crackling acidity as well. Just impeccable balance and outright delicious chardonnay. My favorite from Ceritas in a while.

October 23, 2023 - Damn. Made me remember why I fell in love with Ceritas. Just heaps of juicy peach, honey, lemon — solid acidity keeps the mouth watering. Falls off a bit when it warms so watch the temp — green pepper sneaks in. It’s shockingly pale in color — no matter. Maybe the oak is a bit too noticeable still but it’s a lovely, smooth, quality French oak. A+

January 4, 2023 - Give it some air, and let it lose it’s initial chill, and then there is a burst of citrus with subtle pear notes. Elegant from start to finish.

August 31, 2022 - Hard to judge this as it was drank a bit too cold but showed all of the characteristics I expect from a Ceritas chard. Great balance of fruit and acid with just a touch of oak. Paired perfectly with a lump crabmeat pasta.
