June 17, 2021 - Blind 2014 / 2017 White Burgundy (Chez Winefool): Blind. Very bright aromas with orchard fruit, minerality and a hint of matchstick. Very crisp and acid-driven palate that also appears to be slightly compact due to reduction right now. Lots of upside as this settles in. My 4/5, Group #4.
