October 14, 2023 - Quite rustic and restrained, with notes of raspberry, licorice, minerality and earth. Still feels quite young, but drinks well today. We enjoyed it!

October 29, 2022 - This was seamless and elegant and I love the way it headed for raspberry counntry rather than the austere lands of barely ripe lingonberries and cranberries. The smell was precise and spectacular and a few paces ahead of the taste. I’d say I want more, but it’s not a bargain att €40 after all.

December 10, 2021 - Transparent farge. Sexy nese. Godt med frukt og mer subtile aromaer av krydder og urter. Halvannet år i kjelleren har gjort denne godt. Fatet er langt mer integrert nå. Stilen gir noen assosiasjoner til Fourrier.
