August 1, 2021 - Baked apple with some citrus and an oyster shell whiff. To taste it’s off dry with baked apple and clove flavours with a clove spice finish. It’s a well made wine but I prefer a drier style for a dry Chenin Blanc.

January 8, 2021 - Mellow flavours of peaches and yellow apple, soft, while balanced by nicely tuned lemon acidity. Some mineral undertones as well. A cuvee made with grapes from friends of Vincent and Tania., that delivers for the price.
