May 15, 2020 - Pale yellow colour, smells of melon and lychee, light body, dry, but not in a harsh way, has a nice acidity (somehow not typical for a Silvaner), in the mouth melon and lychee, in the aftertaste acidity, melon and lychee, good length (15 sec), good Silvaner Gutswein.

    March 11, 2020 - From Bocksbeutel bottle.

Easy to drink Silvaner, fruity but dry (5.8 g/L acidity vs 4.4 g/L RS) with pear and minerals characteristics. Similar to my notes for 2014 and 2016.

I highly recommend to visit Würzburg and the vineyard, quite beautiful!

August 9, 2019 - Pale yellow colour, has small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells of grapefruit and gooseberry, has a certain residual sugar, so is more off-dry than completely dry, light body, in the mouth gooseberry and a little bit of grapefruit, in the aftertaste grapefruit, gooseberry and acidity, good length (15 sec), a very tasty Silvaner Gutswein.
