October 29, 2022 - Lovely showing. A little reticent but great fruit and depth emerges. Perhaps wait a few years?

December 11, 2021 - Tasting pour. Starts with so much bright apple, ends with so much lemon and lemon peel, with lots of brilliant textures and vibrancy in between.

October 24, 2021 - While bone dry, this gives the impression of some sweetness because of the wonderfully rich fruit. Perfect acidity and intensity. There is a purity about this Champagne that is mind-blowing and it drinks well already in the more forward '15 vintage.

October 20, 2020 - I thought this was a fabulous bottle of Champagne. I usually find Brut Nature too dry but this has so much material with great intensity that it works. Very crisp acidity just grabs the palate with focused flavors of dried lemons, citrus fruits and a lovely touch of yeasty bread. The finish is so grippy and complex with fabulous chalky mineral notes. Obviously quite young so should continue to grow even more complex in the next several years. Really really high quality juice! Off the list at Cote outdoors, NYC.

March 19, 2020 - Decanted and consumed over two hours - this improved with air. No note taken. Primarily lemon and apple, with an occasional hint of nuttiness. Not lean like some low dosage can be. Great balance. Drinkable now, but plenty of longevity.
